Seth Levy received his license to practice law in 1984 from West Virginia, in 1985 from New Jersey, and in 1989 from New York. He practiced law in the New York Metropolitan area over the next 14 years, consulting on matters concerning the environment, energy, and public utility industry.
Seth moved to Mount Pleasant for a career change in 1998. When his wife Heidi died from cancer in late 2015, he changed careers again.
Seth was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in May of 2017. Due to his experiences, Seth is focusing his practice on assisting individuals and families who need comprehensive Estate Planning with an emphasis on Elder Law. The practice of Elder Law helps people navigate issues regarding incapacity and disability, while creating plans to protect assets during life and securely transfer assets after death.
As a single father, Seth devotes most of his energy outside the office to keeping up with his two children. With his other spare time, Seth likes to get out with friends on the Foothills Trail or the Appalachian Trail for hiking and camping weekends. He also attends religious services, plays basketball, and volunteers occasionally at Charleston Waterkeeper events, and is a member of the Exchange Club of Metropolitan Charleston and the Princeton Club of Charleston.
