Seth A. Levy

Seth offers diligent and personal legal assistance in the Estate Planning field. He is particularly focused on helping individuals and families navigate issues regarding incapacity and disability and create plans to protect assets during life and securely transfer assets after death.
Seth was born and raised in Union, New Jersey. He practiced law in the New York Metropolitan Area in the late 1980’s and 1990’s, specializing in Environmental, Energy, and Insurance Law. He moved to Charleston, SC for a career change in 1998. Seth and his late wife, Heidi, ran two successful businesses and raised two wonderful children for the next 16 years. When Heidi lost her battle with cancer, he changed his career again. After being a participant in his own wife’s uncertainty about her end-of-life decision making, the practice of Elder Law became his calling.
Education
Mr. Levy earned his undergraduate degree in 1981 from the University of Rochester, his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1984.
